Rarely buy from dealers but Toby was a breath of fresh air. So good that will probably buy all my cars from him in future. Rarely give reviews either but again the service was so professional and relaxed that I made an exception for Toby.

From start to finish, Toby was polite, informative, and helpful. I had viewEd several cars before visiting Broadlands Vehicles and had in my mind a car to beat. I explained this to Toby and at no time did I feel under pressure to buy. Having had a test drive I went home to discuss my options with my family and during the week Toby answered all of my questions, even replying “out of hours” Having made my decision when I arrived to collect the vehicle, all of the paperwork was ready to go and Toby took me through every document, explaining everything to me. He even helped me sort out the on line forms. Finally he gave me a full and comprehensive tour of the car before I drove away. If I could give 6 stars for the service, I would have!

Wow this was a fantastic buying experience not often found when buying a used car. Toby has a wealth of knowledge a real credit to his profession. Spent along time showing us every detail of the car from top to bottom. Test drive was a good mixture of urban driving and also roads where you could open it up a bit. All in all a very pleasurable buying experience who I would highly recomend.
